Hot Runner Cable
Hot runner cables of mold power cables and thermocouple cables. Our hot runner cables are made of high-quality heavy gauge insulated wires very Flexible and oil resistance and Tear Resistance and industry standard connectors rated at 15amps. We Repair and make DME Style hot runner controller cables come in 10 and 20 foot standard lengths however custom lengths are available on request. Standard cables are wired in 5, 8, and 12 zones.
Mold Power Cable
Mold Power Cables are used to connect the temperature controller/Mainframe to the Power Input Connector on the mold. Allowing for quick connection to all heaters within the hot runner. Available in lengths of 10 and 20 feet or Custom length and are wired for 5, 8 or 12 zones (15 AMP). All cables are tested before to shipment to guarantee reliability.
Thermocouple Cable
Thermocouple Cables are used to connect the temperature controller/Mainframe to the Thermocouple Connector on the mold. This cable carries temperature signal from the thermocouple in the mold back to the controller. Thermocouple cables are available in lengths of 10 and 20 feet or custom length and are wired for 5, 8 or 12 zones for Connectors. All cables are tested before to shipment to guarantee reliability.
